Things I finished last week

Last week I finally got around to finishing some projects I’ve had around since Christmas. Hopefully I’ll manage to get these to the Folksy store before the end of the week. Here’s a bit of a round up:

Scarf and mittens to fit teenager or woman with small hands. Knitted in King Cole Baby Comfort, which is a lovely chenille-like wool. Very warm (and girly).

A random soaker adapted from a vintage pattern. Knitted in King Cole Spot On. Haven’t quite decided what size these are yet, I’m thinking maybe 6-9 months with terry nappy, or maybe 18 months as knickers. I need a small child to measure them against.

Child’s Cardigan knitted in King Cole Spot On and Baby DK. I found some adorable cupcake buttons at my local Wool Shop for this. This is about an 16” chest. I still need to calculate the maximum size I could knit with the wool I already have. I’m trying to get rid of my existing supplies so I can restock with ethically produced yarn.

Finally, a boy’s hoodie, still needing a zip. This is a one off piece as I have none of this yarn left. This is an 16” chest. I still have lots of King Cole Melody in Strawberry for the girls version though.
